Bid Specifications

Fully Cooked Dark Meat Chicken Sausage produced from USDA Commodity Graded Dark Meat Chicken. Sausage patty to contain traditional sausage flavorings and seasoning. No breading, skin or MSM permitted. No Soy, Egg or Wheat products allowed. Product to provide zero grams of trans fats and less than 150 mg of Sodium per serving. One sausage patty to provide 1 ounce of Meat/Meat Alternative.

Heating Instructions

Recommended Heating Instructions: (Do not thaw, prepare from frozen) Place frozen product in single layer on sheet pan. Appliances may vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Convection oven: Shingle frozen product in steam table pan and cover. Bake at 350° for 18 -22 minutes
Combi oven – 60% steam: Place frozen product in single layer on sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 6 – 8 minutes
Conventional oven: Shingle frozen product in steam table pan and cover. Bake at 350° for 22 -25 minutes
