Fully Cooked Dark Meat Chicken Meatballs produced from USDA Commodity Graded Dark Meat Chicken. Italian Meatballs to contain traditional Italian flavoring, seasoning and Mozzarella Cheese. No breading or MSM permitted. No Soy, Egg or imitation Cheese products allowed. Product to provide less than 350mg of sodium and zero grams of trans fats per serving. Five Italian meatballs to provide 2 ounces of Meat/Meat Alternative.

Heating Instructions

Recommended Heating Instructions: Thaw product under refrigeration for best results. Place product in single layer on sheet pan. Appliances may vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Convection oven: Place single layer of thawed product in steam table pan and cover. Bake at 350° for 14 -16 minutes
Combi oven – 60% steam: Place thawed product in single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 6 – 8 minutes
Conventional oven: Place single layer of thawed product in steam table pan and cover. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes
